Remember:

  1. You deserve to get better.

  2. You can recover from this.

  3. Research has shown that a treatment team is the best approach to getting better.

  4. Be aware that there can be complications.

  5. Often, dieting can lead to out-of-control eating problems.

  6. Difficult feelings are hard to express. Often people use food to deal with them.

  7. Just like any other illness, the earlier you get help, the better the possibilities are for full recovery.

  8. Persevere. Small steps lead to big changes.

  9. You are not alone.
